About Merge PDF

Combine multiple PDF files into one document, in your chosen order, without leaving your browser.

How to use Merge PDF

  1. 1Drag and drop your PDF files into the upload area (multiple files at once).
  2. 2The page count for each PDF is displayed automatically.
  3. 3Reorder files by dragging with the handle, or sort alphabetically.
  4. 4Optional: enter a custom name for the merged file and enable bookmark merging.
  5. 5Click "Merge" to generate and download the resulting PDF.

Tips

  • A→Z sort is handy if your PDFs are named with numbers (01_, 02_, etc.).
  • Bookmark merging (Starter+) preserves internal navigation from each PDF in the final document.
  • You can merge read-protected PDFs — only PDFs with an edit password will block the merge.

Free vs paid limits

Free: sign-in required, OneKitTools watermark. Starter+: no watermark, bookmarks, custom filename.
