About Sign PDF

Add your handwritten or typed signature to any PDF document. Draw with your mouse or touchscreen, or type your name with a signature font.

How to use Sign PDF

  1. 1Upload a PDF file via drag and drop or the file picker.
  2. 2Choose a signature mode: Draw (freehand) or Type (typed name with signature font).
  3. 3Create your signature — draw it on the canvas or type your name. Choose ink color and pen thickness.
  4. 4Select which page to sign, and adjust the horizontal/vertical position and signature size.
  5. 5Optionally enable 'Sign all pages' to apply the signature to every page.
  6. 6Click 'Sign PDF' and download the signed document.

Tips

  • Use a stylus or touchscreen for a more natural handwritten signature.
  • Blue or black ink colors are standard for professional document signing.
  • Enable 'Sign all pages' for contracts or legal documents that require initials on every page.
  • This adds a visual signature overlay — it is not a cryptographic digital signature.
