Share files securely with a link — set passwords, expiry dates, and track downloads. Available from Starter plan.
How to use File Share
- 1Upload files from your device or select them from your cloud storage.
- 2Optionally add a recipient email, password protection, and a personal message.
- 3Set the link validity period (1 to 30 days).
- 4Click "Create share link" to generate a unique, secure download link.
- 5Share the link directly or use the QR code for in-person sharing.
Tips
- Always set a password for sensitive documents — the link alone is not sufficient protection.
- Use short expiry times (1-3 days) for one-time shares to minimize exposure.
- Check the "My shares" panel to monitor download counts and revoke links that are no longer needed.
Free vs paid limits
Starter: 20 shares, 10 files each. Pro: 100 shares, 50 files each.
