Professional project timeline — tasks, dependencies, milestones, progress tracking, critical path, baselines, auto-scheduling, drag & resize, zoom levels & templates

About Gantt Chart Pro

Professional Gantt chart with task dependencies, milestones, critical path analysis, baselines, and auto-scheduling — all running in your browser.

How to use Gantt Chart Pro

  1. 1Start with a template (Software Sprint, Marketing Campaign, etc.) or create an empty project.
  2. 2Add tasks with names, start dates, durations, and progress percentages.
  3. 3Set dependencies between tasks (Finish-to-Start, Start-to-Start, etc.) to model your workflow.
  4. 4Add milestones to mark key project deliverables and deadlines.
  5. 5Enable critical path highlighting to see which tasks cannot be delayed without impacting the deadline.
  6. 6Save a baseline to compare planned vs. actual progress over time.

Tips

  • Use auto-schedule to automatically cascade changes when a task duration changes — dependent tasks adjust automatically.
  • Zoom between Day, Week, Month, and Quarter views to see the big picture or drill into details.
  • Export as CSV for reporting or import into other project management tools.

Free vs paid limits

Free: 20 tasks max. Starter+: unlimited tasks with cloud sync.
