How to use Todo List Pro

  3. 3Plan your day using the "My Day" view — click + on any task to add it to today's focus list.
  4. 4Switch between List, Board (Kanban-style), and Calendar views to visualize your tasks differently.
  5. 5Use the built-in Pomodoro focus timer to work on tasks in focused 25-minute sessions.
  6. 6Run the Weekly Review to assess completed tasks, handle overdue items, and plan the week ahead.

Tips

  • Tag tasks with energy levels (High focus, Routine, Low energy, Creative) to match tasks to your current state.
  • The 2-minute rule tag ("Quick win") flags tasks you can complete immediately — knock them out first.
