How to use Habit Tracker Pro

  1. 1Create a new habit: choose a name, tracking type (Yes/No, Quantity, Timer, Rating, or Checklist), and frequency.
  2. 2Assign the habit to a routine (Morning, Afternoon, Evening, or Anytime) and pick a color and icon.
  3. 3Mark habits as complete each day — check off Yes/No habits or log quantities and ratings.
  4. 4Track your streaks and use streak freezes to preserve progress when you miss a day.
  5. 5Review your stats: completion rate, heatmap, weekly trends, and habit strength indicator.
  6. 6Unlock achievements and level up through the gamification system to stay motivated.

Tips

  • Start with 2-3 habits maximum — adding too many at once leads to overwhelm and dropout.
  • Use anti-habits to track behaviors you want to stop (e.g. no sugar, no social media).
  • Check the correlation analysis to discover how your habits influence each other.
